Product Strategy Lead Jack & Jones - Retail Partner Business Location: Vienna, Austria Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Act as a key interface between the global product team and sub-regional markets, ensuring alignment of seasonal strategies and long-term goals.Lead the development of a performance-driven product strategy, continuously optimised to meet commercial targets and consumer expectations.Curate compelling product assortments tailored to elevate the customer experience across diverse retail landscapes.Steer a shared focus between global/regional alignment and sub-region-specific needs and opportunities.Integrate market feedback into the product lifecycle - from seasonal input to collection handover - to ensure local relevance.Partner with the brand team on collection handovers, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and market readiness.Support regional expansion through opening packages, enabling swift and effective new market entries.Drive localization strategies for each sub-region in close collaboration with regional teams, balancing consistency and flexibility. Qualifications Proven experience in product management, buying , merchandising or a related function, ideally in fashion or retail partner environments.Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on ability to execute in fast-paced, cross-functional setups.Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior and retail landscapes across Europe, Turkey and GCC countries Excellent analytical and commercial skills - know how to turn numbers into actions and collections into business success.Confident communicator with experience in managing stakeholders across global and regional levels.Highly organized, structured and solutions-oriented - thrive in connecting dots across business units.Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.Willingness to travel within the region.
