• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
• Assisting the boutique team and the operational aspects of the department
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients
