As a Manager IT Retail Support you are part of the EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, South East Asia) team and responsible for for Retail Pro Versions 8, 9 and PRISM. The focus is on troubleshooting and maintenance of the regional instances and providing guidance for the key users in the region. This includes runtime monitoring of the connected interfaces and systems.

  • Ensure and manage 2nd & 3rd level support of the deployed RetailPro & PRISM systems and connected IT systems (e.g. SAP)

  • Definition and analysis of IT and business requirements

  • Support further development and improvement of the processes in the POS (Point Of Sale) systems as well as the connected IT systems

  • Maintain operations and support standards for the deployed POS systems and other business supporting applications

  • Participation and support of international projects in the field of IT Retail

  • Communication and coordination with internal and external business partners


  • Degree in computer science and business administration or similar professional experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the IT (POS) retail environment

  • POS experience, preferably with RetailPro

  • SQL commands

  • RetailPro/POS certifications - preferably PRISM - e.g. "PRISM 2.0 Applications Expert & Systems Engineer" trainings or equivalent

  • Very good command of written and spoken English

  • Proactive and strong problem-solving skills

  • Forever faster understanding of complex situations
