On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as the E-Commerce Web Analyst to the H&M Omni Sales Team you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the full Omni sales team and the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
- Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and execution in your e-com market-/s by daily behavioural analysis, identify opportunities and potentials to optimize sales performance and customer experience
- Knowing your sales markets, customer behaviour, customer expectations and competitor overview by conducting the right research and web analytics insights
- SEO and internal search analysis to contribute with site and external search optimization
- Page evaluation to support landing page planning and recommendations of focus areas for the commercial team
- Analysis of performance onsite per traffic channel and customer segment
- Collaborate cross functionally with the E-com Category Lead and Media Planners making sure we make the right decisions according to web insights
- Drive and ensure web analytics competence within the sales market teams
- Implement and utilize new sites and web and visual analytics tools
- Consumer behavior analysis to support both sales market and regional team to help evaluate customer demand, preference, product performance and customer experience Being part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path. - A University Degree, preferably in Business or Economics
- 2+ years of E-commerce experience and OMNI retail knowledge
- You are experienced within e-com and understand the total digital eco-system and its synergies
- Data and web analysis experience, experience working in Google Analytics, Tableau & Power-Bi. Meriting experience working with visual analytics tools such as clicktail
