Title: E-Commerce Business Analyst, AT/CH/SI (m/f/d)

On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as the E-Commerce Business Analyst you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the full Omni sales team and the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
- Maximizing OMNI profitable net sales, customer base, customer experience and day-to-day sales operations in your e-com markets
- Planning, forecasting and following up on selling in sales market together with commercial leads and sales market management
- Being the key analyst in the team driving insights and connecting customer, sales, web analytics and logistics-data to optimize decisions
- Assortment and stock management. Planning, managing and following up sales, stock and reduction levels in your e-com markets together with the commercial leads
- Providing input to regional team for your market about e-com, traffic, targets, customer needs and shopping behaviorBeing part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path. Besides your personality we see that:
- You have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
- 2+ years of E-commerce experience is a merit as well as experience within fast moving consumer goods. Experience with omni retail and ways of working is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to transfer complex analysis into easily actionable insights
- Strong interest in data. Previous experience within web analytics is a merit as well as Google Analytics skills
- Sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and analytical tools e.g., Power BI and Google AnalyticsPlease apply by 07. November 2021.
