Zur Verstärkung des Teams in unserer Zentrale in 1100 Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) TEAMKOORDINATOR (M/W/D) BACKOFFICE IM FILIALBAU DAS IST DER JOB Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben (Post, Terminkoordination, Bestellungen, etc.) Abwicklung von Tätigkeiten rund um diverse internationale Bauprojekte von der Angebots- bis zur Rechnungslegung Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen, Besprechungsunterlagen, etc. Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Partnern DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, UNI, FH, Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrungen im Bereich Backoffice, Assistenz oder Office-Management Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Kommunikationsstärke und ein freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Auftragnehmer und Mitarbeitern DAS BIETEN WIR AN Für diese Position erwartet Sie ein Gehalt ab EUR 2.850,00 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis, abhängig von Vorerfahrung und Qualifikation wird eine Überzahlung geboten. Your talent Business process solution design and delivery within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach Knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in wholesale & retail, preferably footwear and apparel is appreciated Analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems FI/CO functional and international environments Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel Your mission Consult our business partners on process and solution design with a focus on FI/CO processes for our Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce Business Responsible for the FI/CO SAP Services, processes and improvements (hands on mentality) for PUMA R/3 and S/4 HANA Fashion Be part of the cross-functional team driving our regional SAP Fashion projects and support Configure and customise the SAP FI/CO module to meet the needs of the business. Partner with technical teams to design, develop and implement new functionalities Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholder Prioritise business requests jointly with our partners to achieve the best possible outcome Own multiple change requests and initiatives for different projects and solutions in parallel Provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve the way we work and deliver.
