The Global Segment Management Team is where it all comes together: you will be the link between Swarovski Professional's 2020 strategy and the sales teams by ensuring that we channel our resources into those business opportunities that offer the highest return.

In this highly strategic role, you will:
•Work with various business units to identify business opportunities in the fashion segment based on insights
•Develop strategies and action plans to capitalize on business opportunities
•Define the required marketing mix
•Influence other headquarter functions such as product management, trend research and communications to develop superior segment solutions for our sales teams
•Collaborate closely with sales teams all over the world to support their strategic customers
•Present at customer's meetings and workshops

You are a motivated and curious character with a highly strategic and analytical mindset, who at the same time has a hands-on attitude with a track record of successful project implementation in an international environment. You have experience in creating business plans, are good at generating insights by combining data from various sources, are a team player and have good influential skills. Ideally you have:
  • MSc, MBA or similar with excellent academic record
  • 5-8 years of experience, at least two of those in management consulting or a strategic headquarter role
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus

As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is set at a minimum of € 38.585,82 gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
